This company stole $1,100.00 from me with the promise that Iwould get a loan

Last year in Feb I was trying to get a loan and I received a call from a Charles Herabaez from Accel Financial Group stating that he could help me get a loan with my bad credit and all I ad to do was pay the first 5 months of the loan payments up front because of my credit history. At first I was very hesistant to do this but he faxed me the loan information and I even had a friend look over them who works in a lawyers office. At first he wanted me to western union my money to Canada and I was like no way so he said to me would you feel more comfortable sending it here in the U. S so he had me western union my money to a Janna Claxton in Baltimore Maryland. I did that and then a gentleman by the name of Frank Saldano called and said that Charles made a mistake and that I was to send another $1100.00 this time I refuse to and I asked him to send me my $1100.00 back and he said that I could only get a portion of it back. Well days went by and I am calling and calling this office over and over and they refuse to call me back and I even contacted the FBI in MN but nothing ever came of it. I never got my money back and the number that they had is disconnected and losing that money put me in a pinch for the entire year of 2007 and the one thing that really bothers me is that they had my social security number. I am not sure how they got my information becauseI never applied for a loan with their company, but they some how managed to get my application. If anyone that has been ripped off from this company and has gotten some answers would you please help me. Thank you
