I ordered a TV from cheap-tv-deals. I paid $198.00 for the tv $82.00 for shipping $40.00 bank wire transfer fee. I was asked to pay another $100.00 for "china taxes". I told them no it was not part of the deal and I would be charged another $40.00bank wire transfer fee. They then said send them $60.00 and they would "absorb" my fee. Several message exchanges were deleted from my account. When I refused to send more money, they ended all communication.
