They had some cheap electronics and that comes some great deals like discounts and VIP price along with gifts with it; so I thoughts to myself why not buy some family gifts through this website. Made my order on their sites, they gave an order # and I went on to register with them. So they sent me an email stating I needed to make a payment of 953 USD through western union, so I went and did it. And I sent the the MTCN # through an email in which they've contacted me on. Couple days passed I never receive anything from them. So I contacted them through their site and they told me that I will have to pay customs/tax. Which came up to 466USD. After getting onto an arguments of why I should do that, they ended up telling me that theyre going to give me a discount of 16USD, all I had to pay was 450. I asked if I can get a refund? They told me no I couldn't... I even suggested that they send only item and pay the customs with the rest; they said no they
were not doing it and kept on insisting that pay the taxes. It was either I paid the tax 450 USD or lose all the money paid already. So I decided that I was not going to send them anymore money. And that's how I lost 1000.01 dollars with transfer money included... BEWARE OF THE RICHCARGO.com SITES THEY'RE A COMPLETE SCAM! Any questions email me at (Personal Information Removed)
