I bought a Diablo II CD key, but I have never received it (and apparently so haven't a lot of other people). 5-30 minutes delivery? I don't think so. I've been waiting for SEVERAL hours. Their customer service is nonexistent, and is stuck on the "you are next in the queue" loop. Their email support is also nonexistent, and getting contact with them is impossible.
