I have tried to get in contact with their customer service, but they will not respond, no matter how long I wait

This website is just a $#*! Ing fraud. I purchased a CD-Key earlier, and that I've been waiting HRS to obtain my CD-Key. I've attempted to obtain in touch with their customer support, however they won't react, regardless of how long I wait.
