Nonexistent service and money cheating

I made the error of trusting the Bharti telecom name and purchasing their call to In dia Package. I am now stuck. Neither can I use their service, nor are they willing to refund the money. How can they provide such shoddy service and get away with it? It is impossible to contact them in any way. They have cheated me of my money.
