After I signed up, my computer started acting up, even my Norton anti-virus gave error messages, I had to clean and re-boot every time I would try to bid. I contacted them several times, to let them know it did not work on MY computer. I was told that this happens from time to time, but they do not refund, unless it is unauthorized charges. Even though I cannot use it.??? Paypal is currently trying to get them on something to get me back my money. Bidracks solution was to give me 100 free bids. Well, I cannot use their website, so what good do those FREE bids do for me. So my money went to further their cause, they are thieves, is what they are. And I will let as many people know that I can possibly let know so they can use the money for real things, not imaginary bids. How crazy is that?
