On June 19th I paid 99.00 for a "bid package". I really didn't realize I was paying almost a hundred dollars, but I did. About 2 days later I got on the computer and signed into my bidrack account. I placed bid after bid after bid until I was out of bids!!! I "won" one item, which was a makeup palette. When I tried to look up the item I could not see the picture of the item because the words "won" hid the item's name.
I have NOT received the item I paid for which came to about 6.00 due to the shipping they also added to the price.
I am unable to log on to the account now as I put my email and password in the computer freezes. I have received other emails from Bidrack to add more bids. I spun their stupid wheel and received a few more bids.
Bidrack is a scam. They took my money and charged me to place bids on their auctions. I want my money back!
