Rude Driver!

The driver came into the office asking for a signature for 3 packages. I said sure just need to know where the package came from to get the proper person to sign. Our company policy. The driver said he had no time for this and said I am not allowed to look at the order form and just sign. I explained again I cannot sign for something that I did not order. So he loaded the boxes into his truck, while he was doing this I did find out who orded the parcels and had someone to sign. He proceeded to point his pen in my face and yell that he his a very busy man and doesnt have time for people like me. This is a very poor representative for your company. Please do not send him here again.
