UPS Truck review

The UPS driver dropped off a shipment to my office while I was in a staff meeting. When I came out to see what he was doing, he had alreday left towards the elevator. When I asked for him to wait, he did not hold the elevator. I ran downstairs to catch him so I could sign the receipt and ask him to move the shipment to the room where it belongs. Meanwhile, he asked someone downstairs to sign his tablet and kept rushing her and kept saying, "sign", "sign", "sign", until she did. He knew I was looking for him. When I asked him to put the packages where they belonged (6 boxes of copier paper!), he said he could not move them because they were already delivered. When I asked for his name, he would not give it to me and told me to get the truck number off the side of his truck. He was very rude! When I order anything else, I will certainly request that it get shipped by someone other than UPS!!
