I've filed this complaint but have never heard anything after that.
This has not only put me $3,500.00 in the negative with BofA but my account was closed and they have labeled it as the of "fraud" but they didn't say I was the one defrauded against. This all came about because i had open heart surgery on 07-05-06 and the company i worked for closed their doors by August 30th. The long term disability was only going to pay me until October 1st, so I started looking online for a "work at home job" this Martin Clark contacted me offering a part-time job, the website looked legit, of course its been shut down for some years now. I ended up going against my heart surgeons advise and found a job and started on 10-11-06; I wasn't suppose to go back to work until January but on account of my bank account deficit I had to do something I often wonder if that decision caused one of the hearts vessels to not open up?
