False statements, misrepresentation, lies, pressure in to buying. The scam occured in Kissimmee, fla. At Westgate. Ialready had paid cash for a 2-bed room back in April scamed and false statements make into so call upgrading into a 4bdroom. After realizing that I didn't need a 4 bdroom, I got back home to Georgia, tried to cancel that contract (within 72 hours) go gack to my 2bdroom that was fully paid for and was told I could no. Westgate has taken all my money, the 2bdroom that was paid for, and I have nothing, no money, no timeshare for my kids, and grand kids. I want my 2bdroom back that was paid for in Bldg 6000, and the $6,000, or $7,000 I've paid toward the 4 returned, because of misrepresentation, lies, and pressure that was exerted. Dollar amout is about $27,000, I might be a little.
