Timeshare scheme dishonest rip-off

I was solkd a timeshare through DECEPTION AND LIES in 2004. I have not been able to use it to date. Each time I call I get the run around and told MORE LIES. The salesmen who sold me my timeshare is no longer there... And was fired shortly after selling me the timeshare.

He had given me a call number that I called shortly after and he told us that Westgate makes the salespeople use those tactics to sell, sell, sell. After the initial call to him I was no longer able to contact him again.

Westgate again had no explanation.

Westgate continually tries to charge me hundreds of dollars more then internet sites like expedia list the property at. Just today I was told again that it would cost me 640 for a studio that i could get on expedia for 300.

What was thge benefit of my 12,500 purchade and 800 maint fee bi-annually?

I have owned for almost 5 years and have NEVER stayed on the property.
