Deceptive enrollment page. To a new reader it is not at all obvious that enrollment costs $99. I noted charge to my credit card the next day-called and was told no refunds could be made. I started exchaning e-mails and now am preparing a formal complaint to the Attorney General of the state of Maryland and to the Maryland and U.S. Better business bureaus. Doesn't the commercfial code require a refund when services are not used?
