Grand Canyon University
GCU committed fraud to enroll me, will not let me withdraw. Phoenix Arizona

Education & Science

GCU was very persistent and helpful to get me enrolled. I made it clear that I was attending the University of Montana presently. I was told I could begin April 20th and financial aid was approved and I would recieve a refund 10 days after class started. After 10 days I checked on the status of my refund only to find out that financial aid had not been paid to GCU becuase I was still a student at the U of M.

I contacted my enrollment counselor, never heard back, but he was very persistent to enroll me. I contacted everyone I could. One lady tried to help and apologized, twice she transferred me to someone that could withdraw my enrollment. I am still enrolled.

I am not being allowed to withdraw so that GCU can charge me for the entire semester. I have written to the President informing her of my withdrawal and if I am billed I will be sueing her, the enrollment counselor, the financial advisor, the academic advisor, the management and the board of directors for fraud. I am a paralegal, I know how. I have deleted GCU from my FAFSA.

Their ignoring of me once I discovered their fraud is obvious that they do this often. It is obvious they are leaving me as enrolled to bill me. Bring it on GCU, you're going down.
