Start Positive Loan Mitigation LLC appears to have "disappeared". After taking a very large fee to re-negotiate a mortgage rate for a legal resident with limited knowledge of English or US law, Start Positive Loan Mitigation LLC appears to have done little to nothing to assist this indivdual. The company appears to target individuals in dire financial situations as well as hispanic individuals.

The company's website (www.startpositive.com) is no longer available with the exception of the following page: http://www.startpositive.com/admin/login.php which still appears when searched online.

I have filed a complaint with the Maryland Attorney General Consumer Complaint (http://www.oag. State. Md.Us/consumer/complaint.htm) and I would encourage EVERYONE who has had a similar problem to file their own complaint with this state government office. Perhaps, with enough public outcry, the Attorney General might investigate the activities of this LLC which was granted an "identity" and a business license by the state of Maryland.
