Charged for Unauthorized or Ordered Services

I am being charged $115.96 for a sports package I did not order or authorize to be added to my account. DirectTV will not cancel this package or refund me the charges for this package because they have it set up as an "automatic renewal" which I was to cancel prior to it starting. A little hard to do since I didn't know it existed.
