I bought a straight phone from Walmart and activated it. It almost never worked the first month so I called them. They said sorry we have issued you a phone number hat someone else already has so e have to give you another one. They did so and my phone began to work. Now come to find out, they have been double dipping into my checking account all along for he dual issued number from the beginning because they never took it off my account. I have overpaid them around $600.00 or better. They are saying that basically because I did not catch them sooner, they can only refund 1 month. I thought it was a doulbe print on my checking account until the bank questioned me about it and brught it to my attention. Straight talk refuses to put my money back or give me a year for the money that they stle from me.
