Teen Banned From All Stores After Marker Pack Accusation

My 17 year old son was accused of taking a $3 pack of magic markers from Walmart. Went to court, paid $500 for pre-trial intervention to expunge child's record. Court dismissed it and Walmart banned my son from ALL its stores FOREVER and said if he is even in their parking lot he will be arrested for trespassing. This is a Walmart policy! People in prison get less punishment. I thought once you paid for your crime it was finished, I guess not at Walmart!!
