On 06/09 I purchased an informational kit on grant assistance for $2.99 from an offer I received in my email. On 06/16 while checking my checking account I discovered another charge for $58.39. On the following day 06/17, I reveived a cd from them. After checking ther web site which I got from their cd it gave the terms and conditions which said that If not satisfied with the product that I must cancel within seven days from the signup date and only pay the shipping charges of $2.99 otherwise Iwould be charged $57.93 monthly. The terms and conditions were not posted on my email offer and besides I did not receive the cd unti after eight days. What a rip off!
