Ligitimate Quick Cash Income From Google
Internet business ripoff, no chance to stop the first $39.95 charge from happening

Internet & Web

I have been looking for some way to increase my income, so I thought I would check this offer out. It seemed legitimate, after all there was Google involved. I don't remember how I found them. My checking account was charged to the start up kit $1.95 on April 1st. I got the CD start up kit and didn't check it out for a few days. I don't remember how long I was supposed to have to check it out before a monthly charge started. I don't even remember a mention of a monthly charge. The post mark on the CD is April 4.

I checked out the CD start up and decided it was not for me. I went on line to check out my bank balance and here was at $39.95 pending charge to my checking account. I called the phone number which is printed on the packaging for the CD. I was on hold for at least 10 minutes before some one answered.

I explained I did not want this offer, it was not for me and I wanted to cancel and I wanted the current charge reversed. A woman, whose original language is not American, explained she could not refund or stop the charge, the conditions in the terms stated a specific time frame to check out the offer and cancel and I had not reported in time. It seems that you have a week from when you sign up, not from when the CD arrives. I kept insisting, she cooling insisted she could not refund the current charge to my checking account. I asked to speak to someone else, she said there was no one else to speak to.in the conversation I finally got her to admit that she did in fact have a supervisor, but that person was, of course, not available I managed to cancel any future charges. According to the woman, there is a monthly charge of $39.95 for this offer.

Well, I can't afford this, so I called the bank. The bank was familiar with this scam and knew the terms well and I believe that's where I discovered that the terms are you have a week from signing up to cancel. So I'm not sure when I signed up, but my checking account was charged for the start up kit 4/1, the CD start up kit has a post mark of 4/4, and yesterday when I called to cancel, the woman on the phone insisted the time to check out the offer was expired. She did not tell me what day that was. I asked for a copy of the terms, but since she didn't ask me for an address to send them, I doubt I will get a copy of the terms. All this happened 4/7.

I am really pissed off. There is no way not to get charged with the $39.95 for the first month. I'm on a fixed income and just now I'm doing taxes, so I've been really busy. I would like to know why I gave them my checking account information, I usually use a credit card for this kind of thing. I hope this will help anyone else who get ripped off with these people or maybe stop any future this company might have.
