I signed up for a FREE site, and got charged $99 - I never authorized any charge.

I have talked to customer service representatives, but they only keep offering me more bids and benefits when I ask for a refund.

I would like to file a complaint against a web-site with the name of: bidrack.com

They let you to believe that you're opening a FREE account to start bidding on merchandise, and without authorization they withdraw $99 from your account.
