Miscellaneous

I was browsing on another website. Can't recall which one. Saw an ad for Bidrack, which advertised something I wanted. Said I would get free bids, so I clicked on Bidrack and was told I had a number of free bids, which I could use to bid on anything. I bid on a 5 bid pack and won for 30 cents. I was then asked for my credit card information to ensure I would get the items I bid upon. I was never informed that I was going to be charged $99.00, and a rediculous processing fee for my 30 cent bid. I did not get any kind of a statement saying my account had been charged $99. I did do some bidding, but found it very frustrating and didn't win anything, so I logged out. Went back in the next day, again I bid, again I found it frustrating, and didn't win anything. Only signed in after that to spin for free bids. Suddenly, I started having problems with my bank account, and couldn't understand why. Was sick and unable to get out until today to find out what had gone wrong. Discovered a number of charges to Bidrack.com. Called and attempted to have the young woman in customer care refund my money. I never authorized this transaction, nor did I ever receive a confirmation from Bidrack that they had processed this transaction or that I had been charged. This is a scam. All the customer care person could do for me is to send me a form to fill out. I never made or authorized this purchase.
