I found the bidrack site while internet shopping. Signed up for a free account to see how it worked. Didn't understand it, did not see how a bid could be won, and did not go back to the site. Today i got a notice that my cc has been charged $99 to purchase bids. I did not authorize such a charge or purchase any bids.
