Attempted to go through their cancellation process by calling the so called customer support number. The automated system keeps you on hold for the 30 minutes for the busy representatives, but instead of you speaking to anyone, the phone disconnects. So I mailed back the product with a huge note of cancellation in April and a card charge was on my statement for 79.99. I repeatedly called and tried to find a way to contact someone for a reversal to no avail. How grimey.
