Very Poor Customer Service ripoff

I placed my first order with this company on 1-25-04; when I had notreceived the items buy the promised date, I went to the ups tracking site to learn there was nothing shipped. I emailed again and said I would bring my complaints to BBB and other sites if I failed to get a response again (second/thrid email). I was ultimately told that they cancelled my order "due to the threats I made." I had NOT BEEN TOLD BEFORE THAT AND was told that my internet provider was blocking emails; however, I got their confirmation email on 1-28-04 that this was shipped so that lie makes no sense.

I have never had this experience with my internet provider before with ANYONE AND THE GOODS WERE SUPPOSE TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED PRIOR TO ANY THREATING EMAILS. Steer clear of this website folks. They lie and cover up and don't deliver and then blame me.
