Received a very annoying call from a company that says they work as a Fundraising "Company" for several charities. They say that even if your Tel # belong to the Do not Call List, they ARE ALLOWED by federal law to call you, for what their category is not included in the Do not call list restraint.

Never heard about this law.

They DARE TO allow you to leave a message in their system later on, asking them not to be contacted by them anymore, BUT this action may take SEVERAL weeks for them and in the mean time they can contact you (disrespecting you to the teeth). If they happen to contact you - they are "sorry".

Again, they corroborate that by federal law they ARE allowed to contact you EVEN if your phone # IS in the "Do not call list" system, b/c they work on behalf of charities.

Scammers, Swindlers, Cooks - Run Away from them and in case of Class action, keep their phone # in your received calls list.
