Collection Agency Strong Arming Consumers

The Bill Payment Department is a collection agency that bullies and strong arms people in paying high amounts. While paying off one plan they made no effort for the current bills which were supposed to be added on to the balance. After a current bill is 60 day overdue they demand the full balance upfront. I'm on Disability and don't have any extra cash. They sent out a collect to get all of the money up front or disconnect me.

I told the man that I had just made a payment for my plan. I'm Living with AIDS and need my energy on to survive. I have breathing machines that I have to use. I need help in getting an affordable payment pay and a sticker for my meter that states that I'm sick and not to disconnect.
