Went in to buy a DSLR and turns out it was broken out of the box. So I went in for a refund and they ended up giving me the run around and said there will be a 15% restocking fee... I understand if I used it and want to return it, but this was broken out of the box. All I did was charge the batteries and turn on the camera and it would not turn on.
