DOA Product Sales ALERT! No response, No returns, No nothing

This company sold me a faulty digital camera and refused to help me find a resolution or do anything about it. I'm not sure if they just scam people by selling faulty products at discount prices, but I wouldn't be surprised. They would not respond to my multiple emails and phone calls.

I did file a report with the BBB and they have yet to respond (over a month later).

After much research online I found that this was a common issue with this company. I'm surprised that they're not already on this site. One customer claimed to write 40 EMAILS with no resolution. At one point I did get hold of a human on the phone and he told me he couldn't help me and gave me a faulty email address. This was even after I told him that all of the email addresses supplied online bounced and/or were ignored. I asked him about the correct spelling of the address around 5 times and was assured this one would work, it didn't and I got no response. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt by blaming the camera itself. The following is one of my first polite emails asking for assistance that was ignored:

Ok so I ordered this camera as a Christmas present for my girlfriend and I think it's defective. When we opened the package and tried to turn it on nothing happened. We tried using new batteries but nothing happened. Eventually it decided to turn on randomly for a few seconds and after about 3 photos said the battery was low and turned off. She was going out of town to see her family and took the camera with her (that was the point of the gift). She told me that after every 4 times she turned the camera on she had to take the batteries out and put them back in to get the camera to work (even with new batteries). Also it's missing some menu items that are in the manual. One whole section of options is missing for some reason. This means that every frame has a date stamp that cannot be removed. I was hesitant going with a Polaroid digital camera and now I know why. Is there any way I can return it for a refund? I have everything and it's still just like I got it. Thank you for your time.
