This company denied my application for pet insurance, claiming that my dog, Maisy, had a pre-existing condition (nausea). I started looking around for other potential policies. Next thing I know, VPI charges my credit card for the insurance, and sends me an "exclusion" in the mail stating that they are not covering the pre-existing condition. Once they denied my app, I wanted nothing to do with them. Now they got over $500 from me.
