We ordered flowers to express our love for our soon-to-be daughter-in-law who just had her heart broken. We ordered a cheerful bouquet and upgraded to the "premium" to let her know how special she was to all of us, a premium young woman. She was so thankful, her usual gracious, thoughtful self, and posted a picture of the flowers on her facebook page thanking us. I was SO EMBARRASSED! There was nothing premium about what she received. I've posted the advertised vs. The delivered flowers on my page. Customer service has promised that they will re-deliver the premium bouquet I ordered. I sure hope so!
