Stealing Money

In January I cancelled my Netzero.com service for the internet. I was paying 9.95 a month and had it taken out of my checking account automatically. I was going over my online bank statements and noticed since Feburary Netzero has been taking 4.95 a month out of my account. I called them tonight and they are saying I signed up for a service that was 4.95 a month. I did not sign up to this. I cancelled my service completely when I called to cancel. They have stole $4.95 a month out of my account since Feburary. I feel you should look into this because how many people have they done this to. Thank you
