Told Week Before Foreclosure Date That Requirements Were Not Met

Citi mortgage is a joke, and they said that Fannie Mae bought the loan and they just service it. They had me send tons of papers, tax forms and pay stubs, and after all of that they waited until the week before my foreclosure date to tell me I did not meet their requirements. They did not tell me anything about a short sale.

Every person I talked to was a different person, and they all said something different. I have lived in my home for 23 years, and it's very sad they won't work with me. Someone needs to put a stop to Citi and Fannie Mae.
