Allergy Issue

I went on a Saturday afternoon through the drive-thru, ordered the double cheese-burger expressing not once but four times from the ordering, pay and pick-up how severe my allergy to onions were. I carry a epi-pin every where I go and I had a witness and I have a statement from my doctor that she had to replace my epi-pin because I went into anaphylasix shock because of the onions I congested on December18. Manager wouldn't address on that day of the situation as I explained to the assistant manager the problem and showed two employees who was standing listening to the conversation, assistant manager and manager who did look and saw the onions. The restuarant was not busy.

I did all I could due to the problems I am having with the reaction-abdominal pain, digestive problems which are embarrassing to explain. The enjoyment of my retirement life has deminished greatly. The insurance agent from York Group in Chicago, Ill. The details and he said I don't have enough evidence. I wasn't anticipation to be poisoned by the onions and go into anaphylasix shock. I haven't had an allergy to onions since 2007. It is something no one wants to go through.

I am wanting everyone to know if you have gluten allergies, peanut allergies beware because this McDonald's Resturant has no satisfaction for their paying customers whether you have allergies or not. I would mention the Managers name but I think they got rid of her or they transferred her to another McDonald's if so look out. I want everyone to know if you go to McDonald's on Cortez Blvd you stand the chance of being disrespected, talked rude too, even the manager of this McDonald's explained two weeks later she destroyed the evidence in front of the assistant manager and two other employees.insurance agent got tongue tied and slipped and said the onions on the burger was scene then when I repeated his statement he changed that there were no onions made inside the double cheeseburger. It is a nightmare and it will hurt me until I die. Food Allergies are permanently damaging to many people and it is documented by the National Food Allergy Federation. I am asking for prayer, God, is the only one that can heal the damage to the lining of my stomach.
