Horrible pizza and service - Rude service... Bad product... No Customer Service

We stayed in a motel in London OH and ordered a handtossed pizza, lite on cheese, pepperoni, onion and when delivered it was cold, no onions, it seemed like it was a very very thick crust. Being in a hotel, no napkins or paperplates were delivered. When we called to complain the Manager made light of what we said and said next call your order in. I asked for lite cheese and there was more cheese than normal on it and he said they ran out of onions when they have a Krogers across the street, someone couldn't go get some onions and how do you run out on a Friday night, I say you need a new quality control person! We will never order from them again even in our home town because of the attitude of this manager. Go to Donato's they will do what they can to please you.
