Grasso's Pizza
Attitude Undesirable

Ordered a home delivery 5/23, when after an hour and a half it didn't arrive, I phoned them, they said it left the building some time ago, after another 30 clicks I phoned them again and was treated rudely, then a manager was put on the phone, equally rude, they had a good laugh on me when we hung up, they must be friends or it wasn't even a manager I was transferred to. The order finally arrives, not what we ordered, the pizza was to have double pep and cheese with onions. We had to peer down into the pizza to find a couple strands of onions and it didn't appear to be double cheese either! Not the first time this has happened at Grasso's but I assure you this, it will be the last!!! Zach in Depew
