CCU letter asking for $225 for delinquent corporate report

A "Periodic Report" form was sent to me stating that Corporate report was late and I needed to submit the form with a $225 fee.
As I do legitimate state reports online, I pulled this up on the search engine and loaced the complaint. It is the same data currently listed on site. This report has apparently gone to all parts of Colorado. It's bogus.
