Terrible Customer Service/Account Information

I recently changed to at&t for both local phone and u-verse (t.V.) and when I call to get any account info. It's a 30 minute phone conversation and still not the info. I needed or requested they want a password for all diffrent accounts and when they can't find it or say it's not what they have, you change, and when they transfer you over to the next department they now can't find the new password they just had you sign up for! You can't change any item, find out the cost for any item, or give your credit card number to pay your bill YOU DON"T HAVE THE PASSWORD so they will send someone out to disconnect your services.

This is truly a decision I reqret the t.V. Service is down as much as it's up the internet is the same and FORGET ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE they will however direct you to techinal support and send you an addiional bill for that. The people who answer the phone will not give you an id # or anything so you can report them for talking to you like you are someone who can't understand the basic so anyway you turn they have you in their grip, until you just get sick and go with a new company which is exactly what I intend to do this is so horrible. Every time you call with a problem or question get ready you will be a bundle of nerves by the time you finish. I really liked the t.V. Lineup and I was promised a much better price than the old carrier was giving me to change well, the t.V. Lineup looks great on paper but dosen't look so go if that the only place you can see some of it, the price well that's no better either especially if you are not getting part of what is suppose to be included in that price.
