Horrible customer service! - AT&T mobile phone service

I Have never ever ever!!! Yes, I had to write all those evers because, I have never experienced such incompetent people in my life!!! People, beware of this service you get one price then when your service starts you are billed for another if you are not careful. I stayed a total of 8 hours trying to get mobile service from them. Every time it was a different price and a different story they would tell me they would call me back and NEVER would! Some of the customer services would say they couldn't access an outside line to call out while others promised they would call back and guess what? Not one time! I thought I would change my service to them but the only way this would happen is if I saw pigs fly and since I know this will not happen while I am sane, I will not be changing to them! They had me so upset my blood pressure went sky-high! I guess I should have known better when I called the first time, stayed on phone with them for 2 hours they promised to call me back and never did. That should have been the first sign but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I had to pray, to keep my cool because I wanted to yell at the top of my lungs at times to these so called customer service people AT&T your company sucks!!! I don't know how these people stay in business, I mean I know that they are a huge company but I don't know how they got to be this way with this kind of service!!! Oh btw I ended up with the u-verse and internet package because they said the bundle would lower my mobile phone well, that is not what I wanted I was very happy with my inernet, cable (comcast) but I was willing to even do that so, I could get a better deal needless to say never got mobile service and when I went to cancel my U-verse order they said I had to call back because that department was closed! So I have to call back tomorrow and deal with thee people again. Pray for me that I don't lose it! I could keep on and on about all the things they did to me including quoting me wrong prices on internet-u-verse so watch out when they offer a price to you check your bill because 9 out of 10 it probably will be wrong! Good luck to all of you who are with this company! You will need it.
