The "fine print'/ terms of use are not specific, and misleading. They claim it's “implied. I purchased a voucher for lunch for 2. I went to the cafe on sunday and was not allowed to use it on the weekend. The fine/print only said "Bookings available monday-friday" and "bookings essential", which they claim is specific enough to imply that it can't be used on weekends. I work Mon-Fri and so do all my friends. I asked for a refund and they refused.
Terrible customer service (from the manager too) in Australia. Did not care about customer feedback.
