Hair in my Garlic Shrimp!

Me and my grandparents went out for dinner at your place. My grandma got a long blonde hair in her shrimp! I dont think this is good cleaning habit. And also your waiter wasn't the best one. Didn't come ask how we were very often and only filled our drinks twice. I would like to get my money back please or a gift card something.
