I had water running out from under my furnace. A serviveman came 5/5 and left a bill for $120. The next day there was more leaking water than before. He returned a day later and said that he needed to order parts. On 5/10 after 5 days he finally fixed the problem and billed me $315. The repairs took the better part of a week and I was charged extra because the problem wasn't taken care of on the first visit. When I questioned the charges I was told that I had to pay for a service charge and for labor. I don't understand how they aren't the same thing. I bought this furnace from Schebler about 15 years ago and have called them for servce in the past. After this ordeal I think that our business relationship will have to end.
