Charged Twice for Boot Camp Voucher, No Phone Support

I attempted to purchase a voucher from Groupon for a 6 week boot camp offer. I received a reply stating there had been a problem with Groupon taking payment from my card and therefore I needed to reorder. This I did and received a voucher. A day later I received a voucher following on from my first attempt when I was told that there was a problem with payment. When I checked my bank account yes you have guessed it two lots of payments had been taken from my account, there obviously had not been a problem with the first payment. I am wondering if this was genuine or just a way of Groupon receiving two orders. I have tried calling there customer service number but the message states the phone lines are not operational until mid Jan. 11 and I have sent 5 emails, I received 3 automated responses stating my emails have been received but no other contact. It appears some people purchasing vouchers have managed to get through via the telephone and I would appreciate a number I could use and actually speak to someone so I can request a refund for one of my vouchers. I have contacted the company providing the boot camp and the offer is legitimate i.e. The discount offered does apply and I have been able to book.
