$100 Hold for no Gas Pumped

I got frustrated with the interface to the pump at Arco on Camden Ave in San Jose, after inserting my ATM card, and hung up the nozzle and left without pumping any gas. Later, I discovered that there was a $100 hold put on my account. I left and went to the Union 76 near my home and filled the tank, using the same ATM card. There was only a $1 hold. Arco should not put a hold before the gas is pumped and the nozzle hung up and the amount of the hold should not exceed the actual amount for the gas pumped.
