100.00 hold on accounts

Last year in I was charged service fees of 30.00 each on my bank acct @ Kern Schools Federal Credit Union in a access total amount of 180.00. Not realizing when I went to pump gas at the Arco ampm station on 7th standard road, and pumped between 30.00 - 50.00 dollors for gas Arco ampm charged my account 100.00 which was on hold on my account besides the actual amount of gas that was pump into my vehicle. This has resently happened again this past weekend, I used my card at the pump and a hold of 100.00 was put on my checking account 2 times which, lead up to fees of 30.00 each per tranaction that was charged to my account again which caused again an additional amount of fees on my bank account which total up to 180.00. I feel that this is rediculous and it makes my stomach turn. I cannot afford these fees. I feel that Arco should be paying me back the amount of fees that has put my account now in a negative status although, I had enough funds to cover my other transactions that were going through. I would very much like to speak to someone about this, as far as I know by talking to other consumers that do not know about what is happening or has happen to them as well. I feel that this is unjust to consumers no matter what kind of status thier in. There has to be something done or that I can do to make consumers aware!!! Can you please help!!! 661 428-7000.
