Scam!

Sales pressure from the beginning. Was asked 3x if my husband and I were prepared to make a decision today. Shawn identified problem as the line coming into the house from power comp. Shawn insisted that power company would have to demolish my deck to repair the problem. He offered to resolve this by moving the box with different alternatives ranging from $3,100-$8,300. He said power comp would charge us more than he would to dig the trench to the power source in the front yard. I told him I would have to check with the power company before making a decision. He was visably disappointed. The power company informed me it was their problem and they would fix it. They said that the problem was probably in the front yard (nowhere near the deck) where power lines were recently added. KMA Electric is unethical. They thought they had an easy target to take advantage of. This business should not be allowed to operate this way. This is a SCAM!
