On nov 27th i found out by my sister that teco electric was at my house, she call me thinking they was there to cut the power off, but when she open the door to see what was the problem the employee from tampa electric told her that he was there to reconect the electric but that he see that we had taking actions our sefs. My sister was confuse so she text me i was confuse too because we didnt have the electric cut. So my brother was suppost to call but he had to work and he forget to call. On dec 3th i call teco and spoke with a representative wish explain to me that suppostly my electric was cut on the 14th of nov. Know im extrimly confuse because no one was home on that wed and i have to pitbulls on my back yard and on order for them to go back there we have to get the dogs on their leashes. I ask to speak with a supervisor and let them know what was going on they told me they was going to make an investigation and get back to me, I call today to see what was going on after a little over 3 months and i havent hear from them. The representative that answer she told me that they did the investigation and that yes the power was disconnected on the 14th of nov and thats why they didnt reemborse me the 50 dollars for desconection and the 150. Charge for me connecting the electric, i explain to the ladie over and over that, that never happen and my power was never disconnected but she keept telling my that yes it was and she also said that when the employee came to my house on the 27th of nov the lock was cut. When in fact the guy never put a feet on my back yard to check. He talk to my sister and after accussing us to connect the power on and telling us that we can get in trouble for doing so he got back on his truck and left. I also ask to speak with a supervisor today but they told me that they will call me back, i doubt that they will call me because thats what they always say and i always have to call them back. This is a ripoff they doing all this because there is not more electric companies that people can go to.
