Jamie Oliver Cutlery Voucher Redeemed but Goods Never Arrived

I purchased a set of Jamie Oliver cutlery on 21st July in conjunction with a company called Merison. Paid £35 and received my voucher 2 days later to redeem the deal, which I did etc, got confirmation back that voucher had been redeemed and goods to follow from Merison. Still nothing has arrived, I contacted Merison by email, they claim Groupon are to blame and I'm not listed as a one of the purchasers. Emailed Groupon 3 times and no-one has replied so I'm now £35 down the drain and no-one will help resolve this, PS redeeming the item finished 21st August - I reckon I've been ripped off big time
