Called to Find out Status

Called to find out status and was told I got an email and I never contacted them. I tried to explain that I never received an email and the person was rude and said well it shows we sent you a email and you should have contacted us. I tried to talk and the person would not let me talk at all and was rude with me the whole time and said for me to never order from them again, so I got upset and I am hoping they actually did cancel my order as I told them too. I have never had a company be so rude and not let their customers talk or explain that they never received an email. They were not nice at all.
